About Me

Rehabilitation
Specialist

I am a Rehabilitation Specialist with a strong interest in Occupational and Environmental Health, driven by firsthand experience working with individuals whose health and functional limitations are closely linked to their work environments.

My training in Disability and Rehabilitation Studies and my professional experience in clinical and community settings have given me a deep appreciation for the role that prevention, safe work design, and healthy environments play in long-term health outcomes.

In my current role I support patients with chronic and work-aggravated conditions through assessment, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation — educating patients on ergonomics, posture, and safe daily practices.
